David insists on the highest quality for all photographs sold through his website. He controls all aspects of the process from his camera to your doorstep (no 3rd party printing company involved). All photographs are made with state of the art equipment and techniques only using the highest quality archivable materials. This will insure all photographs last for generations. David will NOT put his signature on any print that doesn't live up to his high standards.
David invites you to contact him regarding image choice, image size, and potential matte and framing options relative to the decor where your new photograph will hang. It is very important to get the proper image size for a specific hanging location. Let's get it right the first time. (See Contact Page).
Steps for Purchasing Fine Art Prints​​

Click on the desired image inside of the gallery ...the sale page for that image will open up. Detailed information regarding that particular image will also be displayed.

Choose between fine art paper options or framed canvas options. Please note that framed canvas options are currently not available for shipping (store pickup only).

If you do choose a framed canvas option you'll get to choose between a barn wood, a black satin or a white satin frame. You can also add the two-toned paint option as well ...If you choose a black satin frame, the interior will be painted flat white and vice versa (see images below). Arrangements for pick-up of your framed canvas photograph will be made after purchase.

All paper prints will be shipped in tubes to prevent damage during the shipping process.

* There is a $25.00 upcharge for two-toned paint on the contemporary frames. The exterior would be
painted in a satin with the interior being painted in a flat.

* These floating frames will only add a small dimension to both the height and width of the images actual size. The barn wood frame will add 1 3/4" to both the height and width while the contemporary frames will add only 1 1/8" to both the height and width.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy:
The goal at davidmasgay photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. A thorough and complete inspection of each print is always made prior to its signing and ultimately its shipping. Every effort is made by David to ensure you receive the perfect product. Any flaws in the paper, canvas or applied ink will certainly be detected prior to shipping or pickup. David assures you, only a product of the best quality will be signed and sold to a client.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that all images (photographs) maybe viewed on the website prior to purchase, davidmasgay photography has a strict no refund/no return/no exchange policy. David will ship all his fine art paper prints in very sturdy 4" wide shipping tube. In the unlikely event your order gets damaged during the shipping process, a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier within 48 hours after being received.

* David also makes a strong recommendation to avoid removing the purchased photograph from its protective shipping tube prior to its delivery to your professional framer. Fine art paper is very malleable and scratches easily. Any extra unnecessary handling of a fine art print increases the chance of damage (e.g. scratches or creases) which cannot be fixed. For this reason, please allow the handling of your new purchase to be made by a professional who is used to handling such prints.
