"Skulls"

Image Description:

This ghostly image was taken off the back of a cruise ship within a seam of water stirred up bythe massive propellers. If you look closely, the image shows many skulls laying side by side. This image was in no way created or even altered with photoshop.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy:

The goal at davidmasgay photography is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. A thorough and complete inspection of each print is always made prior to its signing and ultimately its shipping. Every effort is made by David to ensure you receive the perfect product. Any flaws in the paper, canvas or applied ink will certainly be detected prior to shipping or pickup. David assures you, only a product of the best quality will be signed and sold to a client. His main goal ...that all clients feel comfortable making a second purchase.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that all images (photographs) maybe viewed on the website prior to purchase, davidmasgay photography has a strict no refund/no return/no exchange policy. David ships all his fine art paper prints in very sturdy 4" wide shipping tubes. In the unlikely event your order gets damaged during the shipping process, a separate claim must be filed with the shipping carrier within 48 hours after being received.

Please make your selection carefully ...David is here to help. Please feel free to contact him prior to making a purchase. David can help advise on image selection, image size, matte and frame selection. Determining the appropriate size given a specific hanging location is very important and needs to be done prior to purchase.

* David also makes a strong recommendation to avoid removing the purchased photograph from its protective shipping tube prior to its delivery to your professional framer. Fine art paper is very malleable and scratches easily. Any extra unnecessary handling of a fine art print increases the chance of damage (e.g. scratches or creases) which cannot be fixed. For this reason, please allow the handling of your new purchase to be made by a professional who is used to handling such prints.

  • David typically signs both his canvas and paper prints directly on the image itself. He only uses archival rated "acid free" pens and will apply his signature in a fashion which will blend into the image and not be a distraction to the image itself. It will be applied to either the bottom right or the bottom left depending on the image and where it best fits. The specific color of the pen used for the signature will be chosen to best match the image and once again avoid being a destraction. Relative to the paper prints, signing on the actual image will allow a matte to be applied up to the edge of the image itself. This is especially good if a chosen matte color is anything but white. Also, David only writes the image title on the back. This is his artistic impression ...if your choice is otherwise, please note your wish in the above "special instructions" box that you wish to have David's signature on the 1/2" border ...also note if you wish to have the title on the front as well. Normally, the signature is on the right and the title is on the left. Please clearly comment on both the signature and title.  Examples: 1. "Please include both your signature and the title on the 1/2 inch border."  2. "Please include just your signature and no title on the 1/2 inch border." 3. Please place your signature and the title on the back of the photograph
